Keep your stove running safely, efficiently, and ready for the heating season with a professional cleaning from Wood Pellet Warehouse. Our annual cleanings go beyond basic maintenance -- we thoroughly clean, inspect, and evaluate your stove to help prevent breakdowns when you need it most. 

What's Included in your cleaning

  • Ash removal and airflow cleaning 
  • Inspection of key components 
  • Basic system diagnostic and performance check 

Our goal is to make sure your stove is clean, safe, and ready to run when the cold weather hits. 

Pricing & Billing Transparency 

  • $219.00 -- Standard cleaning 
  • $189.00 With a pellet delivery (Before end of May)

What's not Included 

  • Replacement of Gaskets (if needed)
  • Miscellaneous supplies (Examples: Screws, fuses, connectors, silicone, lubricant)
    • we always will communicate with additional cost before completing any work. 

Diagnostic Policy 

Your annual cleaning already includes diagnostic evaluation. 

  • You will NOT be charged an additional $89 diagnostic fee during a cleaning if we identify a serviceable issue. 

Service Calls & Repairs 

  • $89.00 Diagnostic Fee
  • $125.00/hour Labor Rate (IF you decide to have work completed)

How Billing Works 

  • If we diagnose and repair your stove during the same visit:
    • Labor is charged from the time of arrival until departure
    • If we do not have parts on hand you are only charged labor on the 2nd visit
  • If you choose NOT to proceed with repairs:
    • You are only charged the $89 diagnostic fee 
  • Parts & Materials 
    • Parts are charged only when needed 

Appointment Policy 

  • $89.00 Service Fee May Apply IF:
    • Stove is not shut off prior to scheduled appointment 
    • Same-day cancellation 
    • Missed appointment 

After Your Cleaning 

We recommend running your stove on a cool day or evening before the heating season to ensure everything is operating properly.
